If we book a Harborside Villa through Family Fun @ Harborside at Atlantis, do we also get access to all the Atlantis Resort & Casino amenities?
Yes, you do. All of our guests enjoy both Atlantis Resort & Casino and Harborside at Atlantis guest status. You will have full access to Atlantis Resort & Casino and exclusive use of the Harborside at Atlantis facilities.
Guests can choose between a refundable or non-refundable rate. The cancellation policies for each are outlined below.Non-Refundable Reservations:Your reservation is refundable within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, your reservation is non-refundable. If the resort is closed during your stay, you will be eligible to rebook for a week of equal or lesser value within a year of original check in date.Refundable Reservations: Cancellations up to 70 days before check-in will receive a full refund to original form of payment. Cancellations between 70 and 14 days of check-in will receive a 75% refund, or can be rebooked for a week of equal or lesser value within a year of original check-in date. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable and not eligible for rebooking.If the resort is closed during your stay, you will be eligible to rebook for a week of equal or lesser value within a year of original check in date.
Yes, all stays are for 7 nights with a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in.
Virtually all guests will arrive via air and land at Nassau International Airport.
While there are bus and shuttle transfers, taxi cabs are the best way to get to and from the airport.  Taxis are plentiful, usually very clean and operated by knowledgeable and friendly drivers.  Rates are regulated so there is no worry about being taken advantage of.  Ride is 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic in Nassau.
The base cab fare from Nassau International Airport to Harborside at Atlantis on Paradise Island is $38 for the first two passengers, $4 for each additional passenger, $2 for the Paradise Island Bridge toll, and $2 for each extra bag. Plus tip, of course.
Check in time is 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM.  However, all the Atlantis Resort & Casino and Harborside at Atlantis amenities are available to our guests the whole day of arrival and departure.  Hospitality Suites are available at the Royal to accommodate early arrivals and late departures.  Fresh towels, showers and lockers are available.
Check in at the main desk in the Guest Services & Registration (Building # 7).  When you register, you will receive an Atlantis Resort & Casino guest card which allows for charge privileges throughout the resort. The card is also needed to secure wristbands and fresh towels each day at the pools.
The Atlantis Resort & Casino\'s hours of operation for the pools are normally from 8 AM to 7 OM
A 48" height requirement is strictly enforced.  However, there are plenty of activities for smaller children — including 3 waterscapes reserved exclusively for younger children.
The villas are a nice 10 minute walk around the marina from the main pools and slides. There is also shuttle service— see below.

Harborside at Atlantis runs a complimentary shuttle service continuously from 8 AM to 2 AM between Harborside at Atlantis and the various Atlantis Resort & Casino towers. 

Harborside at Atlantis also runs a shuttle service to a grocery store in Nassau for $10 per person, round-trip. The grocery shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. One hour is given for shopping at the grocery store between drop-off and pick-up.

We always suggest bringing cereals, coffee, snacks etc from home.
There is a small convenience store in the Harborside at Atlantis lobby for essentials - milk, bread, juice, eggs, butter, snacks and sundries.

You can  ask your taxi driver to stop at a market on the way from the airport.  There is also a grocery shuttle that leaves from Harborside at Atlantis during the week - see shuttle information above.

The shops across from Atlantis Resort & Casino are fine for souvenirs. Prices are comparable to those in Nassau.

The cab fare one-way to downtown Nassau from Harborside at Atlantis is $13 for the first two passengers, plus $4 for each additional passenger.

You can pick up a cab out by the main Harborside at Atlantis Guest Services & Registration (Building # 7).  You can ask concierge service to arrange for a cab to pick you up by calling from your villa phone or by asking at the main desk in the Guest Services & Registration lobby.

Yes, the Harborside at Atlantis offers house cleaning and room service. Complimentary mid-week and departure cleanings are included in the rate. Should you require additional cleanings, they are available for a fee. You can call Harborside at Atlantis\' own restaurant, The Point, to arrange for room service.

Yes, baby-sitting is offered at $26.88 for the first child and $10.75 more for each additional child. After 10 p.m., baby-sitting rates are $32.25 / $10.75. Baby-sitting services are available for a minimum of 3 hours. Other rules may apply, please contact the Harborside Concierge for details.
